Property plans for the financier's private tropical island featured within the photographs.
Also included in this recent photograph release appears to be a site plan for the Great St James island, found in the US Virgin Islands.
The financier acquired a smaller island - the Little St James - back in 1998, but acquired the larger adjacent island in the year 2016 for approximately $22.5 million.
These photos indicate he had drawn up ambitious plans to transform the substantial island by constructing residences, an amphitheatre, an office beneath the waves and a reservoir.
Visible on the plan is a channel, a strait in the region, noted on the bottom right.
The architectural drawing is marked up in red pen markings and contains a notes section identifying distinct parts of the estate.
Alongside this are what look to be several other construction diagrams and engineering blueprints, featuring layouts for dock shelters.
Further documentation released as part of the continuing congressional release.
